Will I speak with a clinician?
Requirements vary by location. Some jurisdictions may require a live encounter. In other cases, a clinician may contact you only when more information is needed about medications, allergies, or medical history.
What if I have a medication allergy?
All allergies must be disclosed during the medical evaluation. The reviewing clinician determines whether a substitution is appropriate. Final kit contents may differ from the planned list.
How should the medication be stored?
Follow the pharmacy label and medication guide for each item. In general, store medication in a cool, dry place and check the pharmacy-assigned expiration date before use.
Does Tony Passport replace urgent medical care?
No. Tony Passport is for preparedness and clinician-guided use. Call emergency services or seek urgent in-person care when symptoms are severe, life-threatening, worsening, or outside the treatment plan.
Will insurance or HSA payment be supported?
